While driving cross country my eye is always out for interesting basketball hoops that tell a story. Sometimes they land in your lap and other days you spend countless hours and hundreds if not thousands of miles before finding anything worthwhile. This photograph of a basketball hoop in rural Ohio falls into the later category, but was well worth the wait. It depicts the essence of this project and surfaces nostalgic thoughts of my favorite basketball movie “Hoosiers”.
